Notice to the Public – Submission of Financial Statements to the Registrar

The Registrar of Companies would like to remind the general public, and in particular to company directors and secretaries, that companies whose financial year ended on 31 December 2025 are required to submit their annual accounts through the MBR’s online system, BAROS (Business Automation Registry Online System), by 12 December 2026.

Please note that failure to adhere to this deadline will result in penalties being incurred upon default and on daily basis.
