Notice – Publications

Kindly note that, in view of the statutory requirements, the Malta Business Registry (MBR) will be required to issue the three-month notices on its portal or in the daily newspaper by the end of September in order to ensure that transactions may be duly finalised by the end of December.

To ensure efficient processing and to avoid any disappointment, any documents necessitating publication by the end of September are to be submitted through BAROS or delivered to the MBR by no later than 12 September.
